7.3 Tray Wire Replacement

Unplug the tray power supply cord.
- Front Wire -
Remove the following parts:
• Front cover (2 screws and 1 connector)
• Nylon clamp [A] holding the operation board harness (1 screw)
- Rear Wire -
Remove the following parts:
• Rear cover (4 screws)
• Transformer assembly [B] with tray main board [C] (1 screw, 5 connectors, and 1 nylon
clamp)
• Drive motor assembly [D] (2 screws and 2 connectors)
• Ac power terminal [E] (2 screws) and safety switch assembly [F] (2 short screws)
• Safety switch actuator assembly [G] (2 E-rings)
