Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and
Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Remove the nut (7).
3. Remove the link (3).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the sleeve (5) between the lower control
arm (4) and the stabilizer shaft (6).
2. Install the link (3) through the lower control
arm (4), the sleeve (5), and the stabilizer shaft (6).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions
and Notices.

3. Install the nut (7)
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 23 N-m (17 lb ft).
4. Lower the vehicle.

Removal Procedure
Tools Required

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to
Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General
Information.
2. Remove the special security wheel lock nut, if
equipped. Use the special security wheel lock
key, which is located in the front floor console.
3. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to
Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Wheel
Removal) in Tires and Wheels.
