REP 82.5 Tray 5 Transport motor

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. Remove the rear cover, REP 75.8.
2. Remove the drives plate, Figure 1.

Remove two screws

Loosen the screw to
release belt tensioner

Remove 2 screws

Disconnect both motor

Remove the motor

Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. Ensure that the ground wire terminal is located under the motor securing screw,
