REP 12.82-171 Inserter Undocking

Removal
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Place the Inserter on a suitable surface. Do not damage the Inserter locating pins.
Do not show the customer how to undock or dock the Inserter.
1. Open the HVF front door.
2. Undock the inserter, Figure 1.

Lift the inserter vertically
from the HVF and put it on a
suitable surface.

Locating Pins
Replacement
1. Reverse the undocking procedure to dock the Inserter unit to the HVF.
2. Lock the Inserter onto the HVF by sliding the latch handle towards the front,
