5.5.10 System Error 1600: RSM Register Read/Write Error
<Description>
The register on the PCB-ASSY-IPB5-100 could not be read or write normally.
This error is detected through the process below:
(1) The printer is started;
(2) The printer writes test data to the register in 8- or 32-bit access; and
(3) Though the printer reads the data from the register, the read data is not same as the
written data.

Restart the printer.
