MANUALLY ADJUST
ADV VAL/PRINT POS
<Description>
One of the following errors has been detected during automatic print adjustment.
1. Calibration lower limit error: The sensor light intensity is below the lower limit.
2. Calibration higher limit error: The sensor light intensity is above the higher limit.
3. Adjustment value determination error: A problem has been detected with the detection
results.
<Action>
Check the Items to be Checked on the table below, and perform the actions starting from the top
until the problem is solved.

Upgrade the firmware to the latest version.
Try with a different media.
If POC is not skipped, the problem is not with the media but
probably with the PCB-ASSY-ADJ1 path. Perform the
following solutions in the given order.
If soiled, clean the sensor surface with a soft cloth.
Check that the harness connectors are properly connected
to the board connectors.
- Check that the cables are not disconnected, caught in
order parts, and that the jackets are not damaged.
- Check that the AUTO ADJFFC,MW terminal is not
damaged.
- If a problem is found, replace the part.
Replace the PCB-ASSY-ADJ1.
Replace the PCB-ASSY-HCB1M.
