If this feature is enabled, the top half of the first
page of confidential messages will be printed
on transmission result reports.
0: The Journal is printed only when image data
is sent.
1: The Journal is printed when any data is sent.
0: Error reports will not be printed.
1: Error reports will be printed automatically
after failed communications.
1: Error codes are printed on the error reports.
This can be used for detecting an error which
occurs rarely.
