The "0" selection (default) references the settings for
Bits 00, 01, 02, 04 above. The "1" selection ignores
the selections of Bits 00, 01, 02, 04.
COMMENTS
If the other ends have the addresses, which have
the full mode function flag ("0"), this machine
determines them as full mode standard machines.

