Daughterboard LEDs

Check the "Link" LED on the daughterboard.
From left to right, the LEDs are:
• Receive LED
• Transmit LED
• Link LED (should be green)
If the Link LED is not lit and green, the hardware connection is not
enabled. Check the cables and connections. Make sure the cables are
not damaged. Refer to the Option 11C and 11C Mini Fault Clearing
(553-3011-500) for further information.

Configure the IP daughterboards with IP addresses, cabinet
numbers and MAC addresses for both Main and IP expansion
cabinets. Use LD 117 found in Maintenance (553-3001-511).

Install (if not previously installed) and activate the telephones.
Refer to "Connecting the telephones" on page 247.

Connect the trunks to the system as described in
"Connecting the trunks" on page 277

Perform a system backup, using LD 43.

Install any remaining equipment, such as external alarms (Refer
to "Connecting an external alarm" on page 307) and the optional
Meridian Mail feature, if provided.

Replace all drip trays and cabinet covers.
