HCSS and HCSS BM CC Eject Housing Nip Rollers
Parts list on: PL 11.47 (HCSS), PL 11.73 (HCSS BM)
1. Remove the compiler carriage eject housing, REP 11.41-130 or REP 11.57-170.
2. Remove the 2nd to top exit sensor, REP 11.38-130 or REP 11.49-170.
3. Remove the paddle roll home sensor, REP 11.21-130 or REP 11.32-170.
4. Figure 18, prepare to lubricate the eject housing nip rollers.

5. Figure 19, use plastislip grease, PL 26.10 Item 8, to lubricate the eject housing nip rollers.

Repeat the grease
application for each
of the nip rollers

Apply grease to the switch
actuating ramp

6. Reverse the procedure to replace all of the removed components.

Slide a nip roller along the
shaft, apply grease to the
shaft and slide the nip roll
back into position
