5. Remove the fuser module, (34-55ppm) PL 10.8 Item 1, (65-87ppm) PL 10.10 Item 1.
6. Manually feed a sheet of A4 or 8.5 x 11 inch paper, long edge feed, through the paper
path, Figure 3.
NOTE: This is necessary to make sure that the OCT fingers are fully raised when the right
hand cover is installed.

CAUTION
When the right cover is installed, make sure that the OCT fingers extend through the hole in
the right hand cover. Refer to Figure 4.
7. Install the right hand cover, Figure 4.

8. Remove the piece of paper from the paper path. Make sure that the OCT fingers fall freely
under their own weight.
9. Re-install the fuser and then the OCT.
