Disconnect the clutch PJ and remove the Idler assembly, Figure 2.
5.
Remove the clutch and bearing from the idler bracket, Figure 2.
Replacement
Reverse the removal procedures to reinstall the crease roll clutch and drive coupling assembly.
Replace the idler assembly with the smooth side of the crease roll drive belt towards the idler,
then fit the drive belt over the clutch gear, Figure 2.
Position the clutch torque arm in the slot in the idler bracket, See Figure 2 insert.
Replace the drive coupling assembly, the gears and the drive pulley, then set the crease roll
drive belt tension, ADJ 11.10-171.

Removal
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
Switch off the electricity to the machine, GP 14. Disconnect the power cord from the
customer supply, while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can
cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.

Undock the Tri Folder from the HVF and move the unit to the right to access the left side
of the frame (see REP 11.73-171).
Slacken the bracket screw and lift the tension idler then tighten the bracket screw, Figure
1.
Remove the shaft circlip and move the feed roller shaft toward the front to remove the
driven pulley. Pull the roller shaft through the frame bearing and remove the drive belt,
Figure 1.
