Procedures using HTTP interface for Package C ONTs

The following procedures provide the steps to enable OMCI and Protocol tracing
using the HTTP interface for Package C ONTs.

Choose option 1 for OMCI.
Choose option 2 for DHCP.
Choose option 3 for ARP.
Choose option 4 for IGMP.
