Replace the ONT with a new unit:

Connect the Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 port (DLP 101).

Connect the coaxial cable to the F-Type connector (DLP 116).

If required, have approved service personnel who are trained to work with optic
fiber clean the fiber optic connection. See DLP
fiber optic handling, inspection, and cleaning.

Connect the fiber optic cable to the SC/APC connector on the ONT (DLP 125).

Connect the power cable with an AC/DC adapter to the ONT unit power connector;
as shown in Figure

On a flat surface, such as a desk, substitute a replacement ONT for the old
ONT; go to step 4.
On a wall.

Slide the old ONT off of the mounting screws until the ONT is free of the
wall.
ii
Install the replacement ONT following the wall mounting instructions
for an I-011G-P indoor ONT (DLP 122).
Danger — Fiber optic cables transmit invisible laser light. To avoid eye
damage or blindness, never look directly into fibers, connectors, or
adapters.
Warning — Be careful to maintain a bend radius of no less than 1.18
inches (3.0 cm) when connecting the fiber optic cable. A bend radius in
the cable that is too small can damage the optic fiber.
