(5) Reading output device status
Read the on/off status of the output devices.
(a) Transmission
Transmit command [1] [2] and data No. [8] [0].
(b) Return
The slave station returns the status of the input/output devices.

Each input device can be switched on/off. However, when the device to be switched off is in the external
input signal, also switch off the input signal.
