In  many  situations  the  user  will  find  the  need  to  access  his  own  IP  PBX  resources  but  he  is  not  physically
near  one  of  his  extensions.  However,  he  does  have  access  to  his  own  cell  phone.  In  this  case  we  can  use
what  is  commonly  known  as  DISA  (Direct  Inward  System   A ccess).  Under  this  scenario  the  user  will  be  able
to  call  from  the  outside,  whether  it's  using  his  cell  phone,  pay  phone,  regular  PSTN,  etc.  After  calling  into
UCM6100,  the  user  can  then  dial  out  via  the  SIP  trunk  or  PSTN  trunk  connected  to  UCM6100  as  it  is  an
internal  extension.

The  UCM6100  supports  DISA  to  be  used  in  IVR  or  inbound  route.  Before  using  it,  create  new  DISA  under
web  GUI->Call  Features->DISA.

Click  on  "Create  New  IVR"  to  add  a  new  DISA.
•
Click  on

•
Click  on
