When programmed to do so, the Scale Indicator LED (item#4 in
57) should be lit when no weight is on the scale, indicating scale at
zero. If it is not, press the switch to zero the scale. The unit will sound a
"click" upon pressing the button.
This mode allows system support personnel to troubleshoot problems
with the scale. Momentarily press the Scale Zero Button or cycle power
to exit Scale Diagnostics Mode. See the topic,
Problem Isolation
in the section for more details.
Only system support personnel should perform a reset.
