Figure 14-32. Configuring WFQ on an Interface
To configure WFQ for ATM connections, follow these steps:
1.
Depending on the type of encapsulation you are using for your ADSL
connection, the ATM subinterface may or may not have an IP address. You
can always access the ATM interface by selecting Physical Interfaces
under System in the left navigation bar.
2.
All physical interfaces and the logical interfaces to which they are bound
display. Select the name of the ATM interface that includes the connection
for which you want to configure WFQ.
3.
The Configuration window for the interface displays. Select the ATM
subinterface from the Configuring Virtual Circuits window.
4.
The Configuration window for the interface displays. Check the
Advanced Configuration box. The Advanced Configuration section
displays.
5.
Check the Fair-Queue box to enable WFQ. (Leave the box unchecked if
you want the interface to use FIFO queuing.)
6.
You can now configure WFQ parameters. (For other logical interfaces,
you must configure these settings from the CLI.)
