Further Description
DNS pointers are used to indicate which DNS server holds all the associated
DNS records for a domain. Any specific information can be obtained from the DNS
server, such as the physical address of a website or mail server. Thus, the DNS server
must be reliably connected to the internet and accurate DNS records must be
maintained.
According to international practice, a DNS system is consisted of at least two
DNS servers. This ensures that DNS queries are still obtainable if one of the servers
goes down. Thereby it ensures that your domain name and all the associated services
remain accessible for global Internet users.
Requirements for setting up a name server are as follows:

Register nu.net.tw as a domain name.

Set the primary name server as 61.11.11.11 and domain name as dns1.nu.net.tw.

Set the secondary name server as 211.22.22.22 and domain name as
dns2.nu.net.tw.

Apply to a local ISP for two fixed T1 or ADSL connections.

Servers required for address resolution:
 Web Server: www.nu.net.tw
 Mail Server: mail.nu.net.tw
Apply to local ISP for two ADSL or leased line connections with fixed IPs:

Allocated IP addresses are as followed: (used here as an example only):
 61.11.11.10 ~ 61.11.11.14。
 211.22.22.18 ~ 211.22.22.30。
Use the IP addresses within the range mentioned above when registering a desired
domain name at a local ISP:

Primary Name Server:
 Host Name：dns1.nu.net.tw。
 IP Address：61.11.11.11。

Secondary Name Server:
 Host Name：dns2.nu.net.tw。
 IP Address：211.22.22.22。
