9.1.1 Regulating the Use of IM Software ─ Messaging and
File Transferring
Step 1. Go to Policy Object > Application Blocking > Settings and set as below:


Click New Entry.

Type a name in the Name field.

Select Instant Messaging Login and File Transfer over IM then tick
Select All for both.

Click OK.
