Step 28.
Under Policy > Outgoing, set as below:

Select the defined user group for Authentication User.

Click OK.
Step 29.
The authentication login screen will appear in the web browser with
which a LAN user tries to surf the Internet. Internet access will be available
after applying the valid user name and password to the corresponding fields
in the login screen.
