Used to to configure the fast start repeat count.
config lldp_med fast_start repeat_count <value 1 - 10>
When an LLDP-MED Capabilities TLV is detected for an MSAP identifier not associated with
an existing LLDP remote system MIB, the application layer shall start the fast start
mechanism and set the 'medFastStart' timer to 'medFastStartRepeatCount' times 1. The
default value is 4.
<value 1-10> - Specify a fast start repeat count value between 1 and 10. The default value is
4.
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Used to configure the log state of LLDP-MED events.
