priority <priority>
Local router is not the candidate RP by default.
If there is no parameter<access-name> after this command, it
indicates that this candidate servers for the default group.
The candidate RP with the smaller priority level is preferred. If
the priority level is same, then the hash value will be compared.
The RP with the larger hash values will be preferred. If hash value
is the same, then addresses will be compared. The RP with the
larger address will be preferred.
It is recommended to configure RP on the loopback interface,
which can reduce the network flapping because of physical
interface up/down.

ipv6 router pimsm static-rp

Use this command to configure static RP address. Delete the static
RP address with the no form of this command.

There is no static RP configured by.
After static RP is configured, the router enters RP group to take
part in the selection, even if this router does not receive any RP
announcement of BSR.
If there is no parameter <access-name> after this command, the
static RP applies for the default multicasting group.

Standard IP access name, 1~15 characters, it
defines a group range, which is the announced
RP service range
Priority level of the candidate RP, range:
0~255, default: 192
