ipv6 mld snooping
Use this command to enable MLD SNOOPING in global configu-
ration mode. Disable MLD SNOOPING with the no form of this
command.
Global configuration
ipv6 mld snooping
no ipv6 mld snooping
MLD SNOOPING is disabled by default.
Global MLD SNOOPING enabling and IGMP SNOOPING enabling
are mutually exclusive. IF MLD SNOOPING is enabled in global
configuration mode, then IGMP SNOOPING is disabled; Similarly,
if IGMP SNOOPING is enabled in global configuration mode, then
MLD SNOOPING is disabled.
ipv6 mld snooping proxy
Use this command to set MLD SNOOPING working mode in VLAN
to proxy mode.
Global configuration
ipv6 mld snooping proxy
no ipv6 mld snooping proxy
The default working mode of MLD SNOOPING in VLAN is proxy
mode.
This command takes effect only when MLD SNOOPING is config-
ured in global configuration mode.
ipv6 mld snooping querier
ipv6 mld snooping querier
Use this command to set MLD SNOOPING multi proxy querier func-
tion. When there is no multicast router in some network, the proxy
multicast router sends MLD query packets. Cancel the configura-
tion with the no form of this command.
Global configuration
ipv6 mld snooping querier [vlan <word>]
no ipv6 mld snooping querier [vlan <word>]
vlan <word>
There is no proxy querier set by default.
