There is no prefix list defined by default.
This example describes how to designates prefix-list test descrip-
tion as "test", and allow the route with ip address 100.1.1.1 and
the mask length 24 or larger than 25.
ZXR10(config)#ip prefix-list test seq
100.1.1.1 24 ge 25
ZXR10(config)#ip prefix-list test description test
neighbor prefix-list
show ip prefix-list

neighbor activate

Use this command to enable the address capability of the neighbor
or neighbor peer. Disable this function with the no form of this
command.

The Vpnv4 address capability is disabled, and the Ipv4 address
capability inherits the BGP entity when the neighbor or neighbor
peer is created.
This example describes how to activate the IPv6 capability of the
BGP neighbor 2000::1 in IPv6 address family configuration mode.
ZXR10(config)#router bgp 1
ZXR10(config-router)#address-family ipv6
ZXR10(config-router-af)#neighbor 2000::1 activate
Designates mask range, smaller or equal to
