ipv6 ospf transmit-delay

Use this command to configure the delay for the interface to trans-
mit a link state update packet. Restore the default value with the
no form of this command.
Interface configuration
ipv6 ospf transmit-delay <interval>[instance <instance-id>]
no ipv6 ospf transmit-delay [instance <instance-id>]

Use the command to modify the delay for the interface to transmit
a link state update packet.
This example describes how to configure the delay for the interface
to transmit a link state update packet as 20 seconds.
ZXR10(config)# interface fei_1/1
ZXR10(config-if)#ipv6 ospf transmit-delay 20 instance-id 5

ipv6 router ospf

Use this command to enable an OSPFv3 instance. Use the no form
of this command to delete this interface.
Interface configuration
ipv6 router ospf <process-id>
no ipv6 router ospf <process-id>
<process-id>
This command is disabled by default.
The router-id command has to be used to configure the router
identifier, and then the OSPFv3 instance run sucessfully.
This example describes how to enable an OSPFv3 instance.
ZXR10(config)#ipv6 router ospf 15
Delay for the interface to transmit a link state
update packet in seconds, range: 1~65535,
default: 1 second
OSPFv3 instance identifier, range: 0~255,
default: 0
OSPFv3 process identifier, range: 1~65535
