Tip:
When a confederation is configured, the priority of the external
neighbor of the confederation peers may refer to that of the inter-
nal neighbor.
This example describes how to set the priority of the routes ad-
vertised from the external neighbors as 100.
ZXR10(config)#router bgp 1
ZXR10(config-router)#distance bgp external 100

enable ip bgp

Use this command to enable the BGP sessions. It is ineffective for
the neighbors that is already not in the BGP sessions status. Dis-
able the BGP session again with the disable form of this ommand.
Global configuration

enable ip bgp

This example describes how to enable BGP sessions.
ZXR10(config)#enable ip bgp

exit-address-family

Use this command to exit BGP IPv6 address family configuration
mode.
Router address mode

exit-address-family

This example describes how to exit exit BGP IPv6 address family
configuration mode.
ZXR10(config)#router bgp 1
ZXR10(config-router)#address-family ipv6
ZXR10(config-router-af)#exit-address-family
ZXR10(config-router)#
address-family

ip community-list

Use this command to create a community list for BGP and control
the access to it. Delete the community list with the no form of this
command.
