ipv6 router pimsm

Use this command to enable IPv6 multicasting protocol PIM-SM.
Disable PIM-SM with the no form of this command.
Global configuration

ipv6 router pimsm

no ipv6 router pimsm
IPv6 multicasting protocol PIM-SM is disabled by default.
If the command ipv6 multicast-routing is not configured, then
PIM-SM protocol will not run.
ipv6 multicast-routing

ipv6 router pimsm accept-rp

Use this command to filter the candidate RP address announced
in BSR messages. Cancel the filtering with the no form of this
command.
Global configuration
ipv6 router pimsm accept-rp <access-name>
no ipv6 router pimsm accept-rp
<access-name>
This command is disable by default.
If local router is not BSR, the candiate RP announced in the BSR
messages received will be filtered according to the rules defined
in ACL . If the candidate matches the ACL rules, it will be added
into local RP group. If the candidate does no match the ACL rules,
it will be ignored.
If local router is BSR, the candiate RP announced in the BSR mes-
sages sent according to the rules defined in ACL. If the candidate
matches the ACL rules, it will be added into local RP group. If the
candidate does no match the ACL rules, it will be ignored.
Configure the command ipv6 router pimsm before this command
is configured.
