Values and Ranges:
Receipt
c = the ASCII codes of the first (c1) and last (c2) characters respectively
c1 = Hex 20-FF (Hex 20 is always printed as a space)
c2 = Hex 20-FF (Hex 20 is always printed as a space)
To define only one character, use the same code for both c1 and c2.
n = the number of dot columns for the nth character as specified by
n1 ... nn
