This field identifies the person responsible for this device and their contact information.
The maximum length of text is 255 characters and each character can have an ASCII
code of 32 to 126.
This field contains the user-defined system name. This is usually the fully-qualified domain
name (FQDN). This must begin with a letter, end with a letter or digit and have letters, dig-
its or hyphens in between. The maximum length of text is 255 characters.
