Use this field to enter the privilege level of the user. The allowed range is 1 to 15. A privilege level of 15 (all groups) has full control of the
device. The access granted to other privilege levels depends on the group. The user's privilege level must be the same or greater than the
group privilege level to have the access of that group. By default, for most groups, privilege level 5 has read-only access and privilege level
10 has read-write access. System maintenance (software upload, factory defaults, etc.) needs user privilege level 15. Privilege level 15 is
used for an administrator account, privilege level 10 for a standard user account and privilege level 5 for a guest account.
