8.4 DHCP Snooping
Use the
DHCP Snooping
sub-menu to prevent attackers from adding their own DHCP servers to the network.
8.4.1 Configuration
Use the

sub-menu to enable DHCP Snooping on a port-by-port basis.
To configure DHCP Snooping
1. Click

DHCP Snooping
2. Configure the parameters.
3. Click Save.
Parameter description
DHCP Snooping Configuration
Mode:
Use this drop-down box to globally enable or disable DHCP Snooping.
Port Mode Configuration
Port:
This field shows the port number for this row.
Mode:
Use this drop-down box to configure this port as a
DHCP replies are only accepted from trusted ports.
