POST/IPL diagnostics detected a firmware failure (as indicated by event code
411) and performed an online dump. All Fibre Channel ports reset after the failure
and devices momentarily logout, login, and resume operation.
Perform the data collection procedure and return the CD to HP for analysis. Exit
