This section explains the SERVICE MENU screen options for
viewing product information, configuring the receivers, setting
up the ports, viewing GPS status, and saving and restoring the
databases and logs at the SERVICE MENU screen.
The PRODUCT INFORMATION screen provides you with
access to current information about the control head,
processor, GPS receiver, and DGPS receiver (if installed). To
display these functions, press the STAR key until you reach
the SERVICE MENU screen, then press the PRODUCT
INFORMATION key to display the following screen:
Viewing head 1 serial number and software revision
The complete 961/962 comprises two or three serial
numbers—one for each control head and one for the processor.
The serial number of the control head is affixed to the back of
the head, and also can be viewed at the PRODUCT
INFORMATION screen in the left-hand box of the HEAD 1 SN/
961/962 Operations and Reference Manual, Rev. A
Product information screen
