Setting Tolerance Judgement Values
Set the upper and lower limits (HIGH and LOW thresholds) for the thickness for a PASS
(OK) judgement.
The HIGH, PASS, and LOW judgement results will be output based on the threshold
values set here.
Measurement Result
Measurement result > HIGH threshold
LOW threshold ≤ Measurement result ≤ HIGH threshold
LOW threshold > Measurement result
