amount in 0 to 30mm.
30-d Displays the blocked light
amount in 0 to 30mm.
100-L Displays the received light
amount in 0 to 100%.
100-d Displays the blocked light
amount in 0 to 100%.

• The default setting at shipment is 100-L.
• If you want to display the received light amount in a width other than "0 to 5mm", "0 to 10mm" and "0 to
30mm", the two-point scaling function must be used.
