The toolbar provides access to the following functions:
: Stop - Stops program execution on the CPU.
: Hot Start - Performs a hot start. The CPU is restarted and the program continues
without initializing the variables.
: Warm Boot - Performs a warm boot. The CPU is restarted and the program con-
tinues with initializing the variables. The values of the variables marked with "Retain"
in iCube Engineer are retained.
Cold Start - Performs a cold start. CPU is restarted and the program continues with
initializing all the variables.
: Memory download - Saves the retain data locally in a file.
: Memory upload - Restores the saved retain data.
: Reboot - Performs a reboot. The operation corresponds to a power off/on process.
The loaded application (code and network configuration) is deleted from the RAM. The
controller restarts with the last saved settings and, if available, loads the boot project
from the flash memory.
