Description
Identifies the interface type
based on the physical/link
protocol(s), right below the
network layer.
Identifies the largest
datagram that can be sent
or received on an interface
(Management port or FDL).
Provides the current
bandwidth for the interface
in bits per second.

Supported values:
T1-carrier (18) – Used for
the Network and DTE
Drop/Insert T1 interfaces.
ppp( 23 ) – Used for the
Management Port, when
configured for PPP.
slip( 28 ) – Used for
Management port, when
configured for SLIP, and for
FDL.
rs232( 33 ) – Used for the
Management port, when not
configured as Net Link, and
for the Terminal port.
v35( 45 ) – Used for the User
Data port.
Number of octets.
Management port –
Configured data rate for the
port.
Terminal port – Configured
data rate for the port.
T1 Network –
1,544,000 bps.
User data (DTE) port –
Configured data rate of the
port.
Facility Data Link – When
FDL is enabled, the data
rate is 4 Kbps. When FDL is
disabled, the data rate is
zero.
