j) Phase
The Y -scale control fields for phase read-outs include a phase compensation field,
which can be used to correct the displayed phase in complex frequency domain func-
tions for system delays. It is a hidden field which only becomes visible when the Field
Selector is indexed to the same line as the Y -scaling control fields, or the phase
compensation is not equal to zero.
~
T is equal to the time resolution or sampling
interval, and T is equal to one memory period or record. Note that although phase is
scaled from -200 to

200°, cursor read-outs are in the range ± 180°.
