Text-string
"Align Cursors" -
sets the main and special cursors to the same
element numbers in the upper and lower traces. The trace where the
last field entry was made is used as the reference, the cursors in the
other trace being moved to correspond with the cursor positions of
the first.
When "Align Cursors" is on, the cursors on the two traces become
locked together such that moving the main or special cursor on one
trace will automatically move the main or special cursor on the other
trace in synchronism, and vice versa.
"Align Cursors" will only operate on a dual trace format. If "Align
Cursors" is on, and the display format is switched from dual to single
trace, synchronism between the cursors is lost. Switching back to a
dual trace format with "Align Cursors" still on, however, means that
synchronism is regained with the last trace shown in single trace for-
mat as the reference.
To regain independent control of the cursors, press "Align Cursors" a
second time to switch it off, (L.E.D. out).
