The Shortpass/Longpass fields control shortpass or longpass littering of a Cepstrum,
the W field controlling the width of the Shortpass/Longpass lifter in resolution ele-
ments from the start/end of the Cepstrum. The position of the Lifter is indicated by
increased intensity of the trace and a line under the X-axis. The fields are only visible
when a Cepstrum or Littered Spectrum is displayed. The Lifter or the Littered Cep-
strum can be displayed on the 2032 Display via Special Parameters 78 and 79, see
Sections 12.6.20 and 12.6.21.
