In addition in all cases, the MEASUREMENT SETUP used is also
stored.
Halts a measurement or data transmission that has been incorrectly
set up or appears to be malfunctioning. SYSTEM RESET stops the
following operations:
Recording
Averaging
Recorder output
Digital 110
Input Autorange
Auto Scale
Genera~or
output
All measurement data and setups are retained, and an automatic in-
ternal DC offset compensation is made.
In addition to the normal system reset, the 2032 includes 3 higher level system reset
functions. They are selected as follows:
1.
Press SYSTEM RESET and then a numeric key
2.
Release SYSTEM RESET
3.
Release the numeric key
The value of the numeric key can be 1, 2, or
9. The larger the number, the more
universal the system reset.
SYSTEM RESET 1:
Gives the same action as SYSTEM RESET, plus:
SYSTEM RESET 2:
SYSTEM RESET
9:
The signal processor is reset.
The current measured data, both instantaneous and averaged are re-
set.
The Data Source field is set to Input.
The echo field is cleared.
Gives the same action as SYSTEM RESET 1, plus:
The stored data, special parameters, and IEC SPL program are reset.
The text strings are cleared.
Gives the same action as SYSTEM RESET 2, plus:
All Universal Parameters are reset.
The Sound Intensity Calibration is set to:
Spacer -

20°C.
Pressure -
1013 mbar.
The Sine Generator frequency is set to 1000Hz.
