THE UNIVERSAL PARAMETER SELECTOR
12.1. INTRODUCTION

Universal Parameters are global system parameters not connected with any particular
MEASUREMENT, DISPLAY or CURSOR
SETUP.
Usually, it will not be necessary to
change them from the parameter value automatically selected on power on. Since Uni-
versal Parameters are seldom used, it is possible to remove the Universal Parameters
Selector fields from the 2032 Display. The position of the Universal Parameter Selector
fields on the 2032 Display is shown in Fig.12.1.

The Universal Parameter Selector fields can only be accessed when the 2032 Display is
set to a single trace format with the MEASUREMENT SETUP. However, they are
not
part of the MEASUREMENT SETUP. The Universal Parameter Selector can be set to
