The Delay control fields define the trigger delay, that is the delay between the trigger
and the start of channel A or channel B, (channel B only in Ch. B Spectrum Averaging),
and the delay between the start of channel A and the start of channel B. ~ T equals the
time resolution or sampling interval. T equals one memory period or record.
