SELF-TEST OF THE 2032
The 2032 performs an automatic self-test on power-on. Should, however, incorrect
operation of the 2032 be suspected while it is in use, a further self-test may be com-
manded.
11.1. DIGITAL SELF-TEST OF THE 2032

A digital self-test of the 2032 is commanded as follows:
1.
Press SYSTEM RESET and then the upper right hand (blank) key of the numeric
keyboard.
2.
Release SYSTEM RESET.
3.
Release the upper right hand (blank) key of the numeric keyboard.
4.
The digital self-test will now proceed. On completion of a successful digital self-
test, the 2032 Display will appear as shown in Fig.11.1. Should the 2032 Display
indicate that the digital self-test has been failed, refer to the 2032 Service Instruc-
tion Manual for details.
