Frequency Domain Functions
Up to six Y -scaling control fields are used to display a frequency domain function.
They control:
1.
Y -axis full scale
2.
Y -axis units, absolute or relative
3.
Y -axis dB reference
4.
Y -axis spectrum units
5.
Y -axis range in dB
6.
Y -axis lin.-log.
Field 3 disappears from the 2032 Display when read-out in absolute units is selected,
and Field 5 disappears when a linear Y -axis is selected. Note that while read-out with
logarithmic scaling is possible in both absolute and relative units, read-out with linear
scaling is only possible in absolute units.

reference level will automatically be changed as

Note that reference levels entered
when the spectrum units field is set to RMS can achieve the range 998 E 21 to 10.0 E-27 should
display of PWR, PSD, or ESD be selected.
