i) Sound Intensity
Up to five Y -scaling control fields are used in the display of Sound Intensity. They
control:
1. Y -axis full scale
2. Y -axis units, absolute or relative
3. Y -axis dB reference
4. Y-axis range in dB
5. Y -axis lin.-log.
Field 3 disappears from the 2032 Display when read-out in absolute units is selected,
and Field 4 disappears when a linear Y -axis is selected . Note that while read-out with
logarithmic scaling is possible in both absolute and relative units, read-out with linear
scaling is only possible in absolute units.
