Y gives the difference in amplitude between the Main Cursor and the Special Cursor
in use. It is illegal unless a Special Cursor has be selected, and for Time A vs. 8,
Nyquist, and Nichols plots.
ELEM# gives the sample or line number of the current cursor position.
TOTAL gives the total level within the displayed function.
~TOTAL
gives the total level within the band selected by the Delta Cursor.
~/TOTAL
gives the fraction of the total power within the band selected by the Delta
Cursor.

controlled from Y -axis Units field.
