Corrective action
Try the call again.
Replace the cable or cables.
A background with less motion provides a better,
smoother video picture.
Try the call again.
Check the ISDN number of the far site. Ask the far site to
call your site.
Try the call again at a higher speed,

Go to System > Admin > Cameras >
Quality.
Change the Pro-Motion Video setting to the desired
minimum call speed.
This is normal.
