Using VSX Web
Accessing VSX Web

You can use VSX Web to perform most of the calling and configuration tasks you
can perform on the local system.
To configure your browser to use VSX Web:
1. Be sure that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later as your web
browser.
2. Configure these settings:
• Allow cookies: Enabled
• Force pages to reload on every visit to a page: Enabled
To access the system using VSX Web:
1. On a PC, open a web browser.
2. In the browser address line, enter the system's IP address, for example,
http://255.255.255.255, to go to VSX Web.
Enter admin as the user name, and the admin password, if a password has

You can use VSX Web to configure all of the system settings except the remote management
settings. For security reasons, these settings must be configured on the local system by an
administrator.
